1. Booking Cancellation

• Customers can cancel property bookings within 7 days of payment for a full refund (subject to terms).
• After 7 days, cancellation charges may apply as per the agreement.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days after approval.
• Any processing fees or administrative charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Project Delays or Modifications

• If a project is delayed beyond the committed timeline, buyers will be informed, and alternative solutions may be provided.
• In cases where the project is canceled by Sankalp City, customers will receive a full refund.

4. No Refund on Registration Fees

• Any registration or booking fees paid for property documentation are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
